Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Gap2Hired™ (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Gap2Hired™ provides career re-entry tools, AI-assisted belief reframing, gap-story coaching, resume and narrative guidance, job-lead discovery, and pipeline management for people returning to work after caregiving, layoffs, illness, parenting, relocation, or other life interruptions. Outputs are guidance, not guarantees of employment, interviews, or compensation outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity under your account. Membership is not transferable.

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, no reverse-engineering AI prompts, no uploading content you do not have rights to, and no use of generated artifacts to misrepresent qualifications.

You retain ownership of resumes, narratives, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to process this content to deliver the Service. The Service itself, including templates and prompts, remains our intellectual property.

Paid plans renew on the cadence selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund prior periods unless our Refund Policy applies.

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranty that AI-generated guidance will be error-free or that any specific employment outcome will result from its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
